Dan Holmes

As Division Manager, Dan uses his unique blend of wholesale, engineering, and manufacturing sales experience to lead the talented team of Sales Engineers.

Dan has a degree in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo. He began his career at Ferguson Enterprises in 2007 eventually working up to Outside Sales and Branch Manager. A family move to Southern California in 2015 brought a change of scenery in more ways than one, and Dan made the transition to NIBCO Inc – a specified valve and fitting manufacturer. Here, he developed a more complete skillset with increased proficiency at the engineering and specification level. Dan’s experience and skillset covering various facets of the business model lend to a well-rounded acumen. Dan has long been aware of CHC’s strong reputation in the industry and as a workplace, and happily joined the team in 2021 where he expects to be an integral part of CHC’s future growth.
