Currently serving as the EIM Program Manager at California ISO, Ayman has successfully led onboarding programs for multiple entities within the Western Energy Imbalance Market, achieving over $300 million in gross benefits and a 75% reduction in Go-Live issues. Prior roles include Manager of Program Management and Delivery at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center, where Ayman oversaw major client engagements and multi-million dollar program delivery, and ECM Program Manager at QatarEnergy, responsible for the strategic implementation of enterprise content management solutions. Ayman's earlier experiences include leadership roles in leading organizations like SunTrust Bank and GBM.
