Jeffrey Sill is an experienced professional in the electric utility industry, currently serving as the Lead BES Trainer at California ISO since February 2024, where training materials are designed and delivered using a Systematic Approach to Training. Prior experience includes management roles at AVANGRID overseeing Control Center Process and Performance and training programs for operators, as well as roles at American Electric Power as a Senior Transmission Dispatcher. Additional expertise was developed as a Senior Consultant focused on decision-making workshops and as a Manager of Training Operations at SOS, Intl. Jeffrey holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a BSBA/BSMIS from Pfeiffer University, complemented by a foundation in military training as a Midshipman at the United States Naval Academy and as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy.
