Sandra Barragan Alvarez, MPA, currently serves as Project Manager for the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative Project at the California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions, focusing on the dissemination of evidence-based practices in conjunction with the Department of Health Care Services. With extensive experience in development and grant management, Sandra has previously held roles such as Development Manager at CIBHS and Foundation Relations Associate at Children's Institute, Inc., where significant funding for behavioral health programs was secured.
