Judie Wexler

Judie Wexler is an accomplished higher education leader with extensive experience in academic administration and consulting. Currently serving as President Emerita at the California Institute of Integral Studies since July 2002, Judie also operates J Wexler Consulting, offering expertise in higher education administration, accreditation, assessment, and academic quality. Notable past roles include Commissioner and Vice Chair of the Accrediting Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Associate Executive Director of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Prior to these positions, Judie held the role of Academic Vice President and Professor of Sociology at Holy Names University for over two decades. Judie Wexler holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's Degree in Demography and Population Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College.
