Melinda S. Malher, MA, BC-DMT, LPCC, currently serves as a Public Relations Board Member for the American Dance Therapy Association and is an Adjunct Professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where Master's level courses in counseling are designed and facilitated. As Practice Director at Creative Counseling since 2018, Melinda provides clinical consultation, supervision, and therapy services for children, teens, and families. Experience includes roles as Dance Instructor for the Pacific Symphony’s arts-X-press program, Start-up Clinical Director at Gateway Mountain Center, and various leadership positions at The Lotus Collaborative, along with founding and directing the Therapist Book Club. Additionally, Melinda has contributed as a guest lecturer at several colleges and was involved in building and teaching adaptive dance programs for children with disabilities at Segerstrom Center for the Arts.
