Ashley Pallie

Ashley Pallie has extensive experience in admissions, serving in various leadership roles at Caltech from September 2021 to May 2024, including Dean of Admissions, Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Chief Admissions Officer, and Director of Undergraduate Admissions. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Recruitment and Associate Dean of Admissions at Pomona College from September 2014 to September 2021, as well as multiple roles at Scripps College between July 2008 and September 2014, culminating in Associate Director of Admission. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Drucker School of Management, obtained in January 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music from Scripps College, received in January 2008.
