Jenna Buonanno

Jenna Buonanno is the Director of Employee Relations and Development at the California Institute of the Arts since November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Great Expectations College Prep, LLC from December 2020 to November 2023, where Jenna contributed to drafting core values, setting quarterly goals, and providing coaching to director-level employees. Previous roles include HR Resource Center Specialist at BDO USA, LLP, and various positions at the University of Southern California, where Jenna focused on recruitment, admissions, and student engagement. Jenna began their career at BDO Seidman, LLP in college recruiting and HR coordination. Jenna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Planning, and Management from the University of Southern California, completed in 2006.
