Troy Allen

Troy Allen is an accomplished executive currently serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the California Institute of the Arts since July 2022, overseeing campus operations and capital construction. Prior to this role, Troy held various leadership positions at California State University, Los Angeles, including Senior Director of Facilities, Planning, Design and Construction, and Director of Strategic Planning and Quality Improvement, where initiatives for operational efficiency and strategic planning were developed. Earlier experience includes senior management roles at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and CT Lien Solutions, focusing on operational procedures and customer services. Noteworthy contributions also come from a tenure at Sony Pictures Entertainment and 20th Century Fox, where development and production of media projects were key responsibilities.
