Cindy Lewis

Cindy Lewis, Ed.D., has been the Executive Director of Career Services at California Lutheran University since May 2000, where Cindy created and manages recruiting systems, counseling services, student employment/work study, and events for a college with over 90 programs of study. Prior to this role, Cindy Lewis served as the Associate Director at Pepperdine University's MBA Graziadio School from 1997 to 2000, focusing on graduates and alumni in various degree programs and tracking outcomes for residential program students. Cindy Lewis holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership, as well as two Master's degrees in Public Policy & Administration and Counseling (Career), all obtained from California Lutheran University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
