Cindy Smith

Cindy Smith has extensive experience in career counseling and advisory roles, currently serving as the Assistant Director, Career Counselor, and PreHealth Advisor at California Lutheran University since August 2008. Cindy is actively involved in the PreMed/PreHealth committee and organizes key annual events such as Graduate School Fairs and Career Expos. Prior to this role, Cindy worked at California Lutheran University from August 2000 to December 2007 as a Recruitment Coordinator and Career Counselor, providing essential job search strategies and career exploration assistance. Cindy's career began at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA), where a position as Senior Employment Specialist included supervising staff and consulting with businesses on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
