Joshua Cruz is an experienced professional in business transformation and sports management. Currently serving as an Athletics Operations Graduate Assistant at California Lutheran University, Joshua previously worked as a Business Analyst at Salt Flats, where Joshua implemented a new Digital Asset Management system for a Fortune 10 tech company. Joshua also held the position of Director of Marketing and Alumni Relations at KT Prep Academy, focusing on leadership development through football.
