Nicole Miller

Nicole Miller is an accomplished HR professional and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at California Lutheran University, teaching Talent Recruitment & Selection since October 2023. With a tenure at Amgen beginning in September 2015, Nicole held various roles, including Executive Director of HR for the Global Manufacturing Network and Head of Talent Acquisition, where significant contributions were made to talent management strategies and diversity initiatives. Prior to Amgen, Nicole worked at Activision as an HR Business Partner and held multiple HR positions at Amgen from 2005 to 2014, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness. Nicole's earlier experience includes roles at Pro-Tem Solutions and Keane as a Business Analyst and Technical Recruiter, respectively. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has pursued advanced studies at Claremont Graduate University.
