Randy Eickhoff

Randy Eickhoff is the Founder and President of Acena Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing the growth and success of the firm's tax incentives practice, specifically in research and development tax credit services. Eickhoff's coaching experience spans several roles, including serving as a Masters Swim Coach at California Lutheran University and previously at South Coast Aquatics, where coaching philosophy and athlete motivation were key components. Eickhoff also played a significant role as National Team Manager for the United States Lifesaving Association, focusing on team development for international competitions. Additional experience includes managerial positions at the Simi Valley YMCA and as a founding partner of the Tax Projects Group, demonstrating expertise in tax credit strategy and CPA relations. Eickhoff began a career in executive search at Korn/Ferry International after earning a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
