Regina Biddings-Muro

Regina Biddings-Muro is currently the VP of University Advancement at California Lutheran University. Regina has extensive experience in Institutional Advancement, Communications, and Community Relations.

Regina started their career at Northern Indiana Public Service Company, Inc. as the Director of Communications & Community Relations. Regina then moved on to Purdue University Calumet where they were the Vice Chancellor of Institutional Advancement. In this role, they led a team of professionals responsible for fundraising, marketing, communications, alumni affairs, corporate relationship building, and legislative affairs.

In 2016, they took on the role of Vice Chancellor of Institutional Advancement at Purdue University Northwest. In this role, they expanded their responsibility to include both campus' Integrated Fundraising and Donor Relations, Donor Engagement, Community Relations, Marketing and Communications, Alumni Affairs, Legislative Affairs, and University Events.

Regina has been instrumental in the history-making merger of two sister campuses in the Purdue system. Under their leadership, the team has successfully navigated this complex transition. Regina is a passionate advocate for higher education and its role in transforming lives and communities.

Regina Biddings-Muro has a Doctor of Education from Benedictine University, an Institute for Educational Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Purdue University Northwest, and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Purdue University Northwest.

They work with Michael Hart - Chair of the Faculty Senate, Karen Davis - VP, Administration & Finance, and Matthew Ward - VP, Enrollment Management & Student Success. Regina Biddings-Muro reports to Lori E. Varlotta, President & CEO.
