Tim Settem

Tim Settem currently serves as the Head Men’s and Women’s Water Polo Coach at California Lutheran University, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tim set a strong foundation in athletics and education as the Director of Athletics and Head Water Polo and Swim Coach at Villanova Preparatory School from August 2016 to January 2024. Tim’s coaching experience spans several organizations, including positions as Head Coach at South Coast Aquatics and Ventura College, and as Director of the Water Polo Program at IN-SIDEOUT Sports, LLC. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Education from Azusa Pacific University, complemented by roles such as Head Water Polo Coach at Claremont McKenna College and Assistant Water Polo Coach at UC Santa Barbara.
