David Avetissian

David Avetissian has extensive experience in finance and consulting roles. David is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the California Mental Health Services Authority. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant/Controller Pharma at Johnson Matthey. David has also held positions such as Controller at Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer at Jenike & Johanson. David has a strong background in financial management and consulting, having worked as a Senior Expert/Principal Consultant at D.H.A. Consulting and as the Chief Financial Officer at Areximbank-Gazprombank Group. Earlier in their career, David served as a Team Lead at the Millennium Challenge Corporation.

David Avetissian holds a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from Yerevan State University and a Master's degree from the American University of Armenia. David also has a Certificate in a field of study that is unspecified from the University of Birmingham. In addition, they have completed an Executive program in DBA from Business School Netherlands and has participated in the Senior Executive Fellowship Program at Harvard Kennedy School. David has also pursued an MBA from Creighton University.
