Antonia Mckinley II serves as the Re-Entry Program Manager at the Coalition for Responsible Community Development, overseeing pre-release case management for ex-offenders and developing program policies. With experience as a Direct Support Professional at California MENTOR, Antonia assists individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in community integration and daily living activities. Antonia also held roles at the South Bay Workforce Investment Board, starting as a Career Services Coordinator and advancing to Program Coordinator II, where responsibilities included team leadership, client management, and program evaluation. Earlier experience includes positions at El Camino College, where Antonia managed the Guardian Scholars program and coordinated food distribution through the Warrior Pantry. Antonia holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership, an MPA in Public Administration, a BS in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, and an Associate's Degree in General Studies.
