Amy Camacho

Amy Camacho is a dedicated Physical Education Teacher at California Montessori Project since July 2023 and the Owner/Coach at Kaia FIT, a role held since February 2014. At Kaia FIT, the mission focuses on empowering women to achieve their fitness goals while fostering strong bodies and minds. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food from California State University-Sacramento (2010-2014) and two Associate of Arts degrees in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences from Sacramento City College (2008-2010).
