Natasha Fooman

Natasha Fooman is an accomplished professional business leader with years of robust and diverse experience in driving legislative, economic, political, and regulatory goals successfully at the local, state, and federal levels in telecommunications, technology, transportation, financial services, public works, & public safety. She is President & CEO of HIGHLAND SUMMIT, INC. a business advocacy and consumer focused private consulting firm; where she promotes economic programs for companies across California and the western states.

Before this, Natasha was Vice President of Government Affairs with over 15 years of experience in local, state, and federal policy for Advance America. Prior to her career at Advance America, she was an advocate/lobbyist for the League of California Cities, where she was dedicated to community engagement and educating others on issues relating to telecommunication, technology, transportation /infrastructure funding, public works, and public safety.

Because of her passion for helping others, in 2003 and 2013 she was named “Woman of the Year” by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and served on the LLS Education and Advocacy Committee. She is also on the board of Los Angeles Valley of Industry & Commerce Association (VICA), a business advocacy organization.

Natasha earned her law degree from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento by attending law school at night while working during the day in the Governor’s Office . She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, her home town.
