Don Nielsen currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and National Director of Administration at National Nurses United, a role held since March 2018. Don Nielsen began in labor law as an attorney at Bennett & Sharpe, Inc. and previously worked in various roles, including Regional Service Coordinator for the California Faculty Association and as a flight attendant and union official with Pan American World Airways. Don Nielsen holds a Doctor of Law degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Brigham Young University and Western State University College of Law.
