Blanca Benitez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and education. Currently serving as a Bilingual Parent Educator at the Child Parent Institute since January 2017, Blanca previously held a position on the Board of Directors at Santa Rosa Community Health Centers from March 2004 to May 2016. Prior roles include Community Engagement Manager at KRCB North Bay Public Media and Community Outreach Specialist for the City of Santa Rosa. Additionally, Blanca facilitated Padres Unidos at the Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County. Blanca's academic background includes a degree in Chicano Studies from Sonoma State University, with studies beginning in 1989.
