Alex de Britto

Alex de Britto has extensive experience in both the hospitality and mental health sectors. Currently serving as an IT Help Desk Analyst at California Pizza Kitchen since February 2015, Alex also holds the position of Lead Bartender and Trainer, where responsibilities include training and mentoring a team of over 15 members and initiating workflow improvement projects to enhance service efficiency. Previously, as a Paraprofessional Counselor at Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center from August 2018 to May 2021, Alex maintained care for critically ill patients and assisted in their treatment. Additionally, Alex volunteered as a Crisis Counselor for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at Didi Hirsch from May 2018 to May 2020, providing emotional support and crisis intervention services.
