Brian Blackwell

Brian Blackwell is a Senior Data Scientist at the California Policy Lab, where Brian manages a team working on homelessness projects. Previously, Brian worked as a Senior Data Analyst/Developer at CIBA Insurance Services, Senior Project Manager at Vista Entertainment Solutions Limited, and Managing Editor at the University of Southern California. Brian has a Master of Arts in Philosophy from USC and a Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Software Engineering from QUT.
