Thomas Sloan is a Research Associate with experience in conducting legal and policy research, preparing memos, and supporting decision-making processes. Thomas has also served as a Course Assistant and Intern, where Thomas designed surveys, analyzed data, and contributed to policy changes. Thomas holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in History & Political Science from Colorado State University Pueblo.
