Christina Hicks

Vice President Operations at California Primary Care Association

Christina Hicks has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in program development and evaluation for community clinics and health centers. Christina began their career in 2001 as an Operations Specialist at CAEYC. From 2006 to 2007, they served as an Operations Director at Phil Giarrizzo Campaigns, managing various operational needs. Hicks then worked at the Center for Civic Partnerships from 2007 to 2012, serving as an Organizational Development Specialist, providing consultation and support for nonprofit organizations and public sector agencies. Since 2011, they have been with the California Primary Care Association, where they held several positions, including Associate Director of Clinical Program Development, Assistant Director of Program Development & Evaluation, Deputy Director of Program Development & Evaluation, and Director of Health Center Operations. Currently, Hicks holds the role of Vice President Operations at the California Primary Care Association.

Christina Hicks completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between the years of 2001 and 2004. Christina then pursued further education, and from 2005 to 2007, they attended the University of San Francisco, earning a Master of Science in Organization Development.
