Heather Barclay

Heather Barclay is an experienced Executive Assistant currently serving the President and CEO of the California Primary Care Association since February 2006, also providing support to the CSO/Executive VP and regional associations. Previous experience includes a board member role at SkateMD, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping special populations of children through skateboarding from January 2014 to December 2018. Prior to that, Heather worked as an Analyst at Bickmore Risk Services, where responsibilities included administrative support and risk analysis for insurance risk pools from February 2002 to November 2005. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 1994 and 1999.
