Alexandra Roark

Alexandra Roark, MOT, OTR/L, RYT, is an experienced occupational therapist currently providing skilled services at California Rehabilitation Institute since October 2022 and at Preferred Healthcare Staffing since July 2021, with a focus on patient safety and adaptability in rehabilitation settings. Alexandra also serves as a health and wellness coach at Instinct Healing LLC since March 2018, utilizing mindfulness-based techniques to enhance clients' resilience and overall health. Prior experience includes instructing kinesiology at CBD College and working as a body-mind therapist at RE ACTIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY AND WELLNESS. Alexandra's clinical expertise includes mentoring future occupational therapists at the University of Missouri and working with veterans at Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital. Alexandra holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with certifications in yoga therapy and teaching from Loyola Marymount University and Nosara Yoga Institute.
