Natalie Tong has served as Program Coordinator for both the California Restaurant Association and the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation since December 2011, focusing on philanthropic efforts that promote foodservice career opportunities for California youth through education and mentorship. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Milo's Cafe and Renaissance Bistro, where Natalie developed leadership and operational skills. Natalie earned a degree in Hospitality Restaurant Tourism from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2007 and 2010.
