Katelyn Marmon

Katelyn Marmon currently serves as a Staff Attorney at California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc., a position held since February 2023. Previously, Katelyn held the role of Student Attorney at American University Washington College of Law from August 2021 to May 2022 and completed a summer internship at the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney in Arlington County, VA, in 2021. Prior judicial experience includes a role as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Paul L. Friedman at the U.S. District Courts. Katelyn began a career in media and production, serving as a Video Producer at ThinkProgress from November 2016 to May 2019, and as a Production Associate for Good Morning America at ABC News from January 2015 to December 2016. Early internships included stints at Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, FOX 5 Washington, DC/NBC 4 Washington, DC, MSNBC, and WPSU. Katelyn holds a Law degree from American University Washington College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
