Ridhima Motewar is an accomplished student and leader with extensive experience in various roles, including Co-Captain of FRC 7419 at FIRST, where Ridhima specialized in fabrication, assembly, and marketing, contributing to three World Championships and winning the Engineering Inspiration Award in 2024. As DECA Co-President, Ridhima designed a year-long business curriculum and educational workshops, and previously led successful planning efforts for significant events within DECA. Ridhima co-founded the Lunar Llamas Foundation, addressing unhoused individuals' needs by designing innovative hygiene solutions and distributing essential items. Other roles include Youth Ambassador for The Akshaya Patra Foundation, President of the California Scholarship Federation, and active participant in martial arts, debating, and internships. Ridhima also completed a dual summer program at UC Berkeley focused on engineering and business, showcasing strong entrepreneurial skills.

The California Scholarship Federation (CSF) is a state-wide honor society that emphasizes high standards of scholarship and community service for California high school students. There are over 1600 CSF chapters located in various secondary schools across the state. The organization continues to promote the education of academically motivated students, encouraging them to get involved in their communities through volunteer service.
