Robert Genevro is an Endorsed Cal-SAC Trainer at California School-Age Consortium, where Robert provides training modules to After-School Staff throughout California. Robert also works as a Substitute Preschool-After School Teacher at San Mateo-Foster City School District and as a Teacher at Footsteps Child Care. Additionally, Robert is a College Professor at Skyline College in the Early Childhood Education department. In the past, Robert has served as a Training Coordinator at Child Abuse Prevention Center and an Infant-Toddler Care-giver at Mini-Infant Center. Robert holds a Master's of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from California State University, Fresno.

The California School-Age Consortium's mission is to support and advance professionals and organizations in providing quality and accessible out-of-school time programs. We accomplish this mission through our focus on fostering professional connections, enhancing competency, and building a community of leaders. Our vision is that afterschool and school-age care programs will be a public priority throughout California. Through our leadership, out-of-school time professionals and programs will be valued — like teachers and schools — as an essential service supported by government, business and community resources.
