Tshilumba also has experience as the Director of Expanded Learning at Lighthouse Community Public Schools and as a Biology Teacher at Galileo Learning. They have a Bachelor's degree in Biology from San Francisco State University and an Associate's degree from Santa Rosa Junior College.
