Glen Qin serves as the President of California Science and Technology University since 2011. Previously, Glen held the position of Senior Product Manager at TP Link USA from 2014 to 2016, overseeing products such as SMB Switches, Cable Gateways, and IoT routers. Prior experience includes tenure as Senior Product Manager at NETGEAR from 2007 to 2014, Engineering Manager at IntruGuard Devices from 2005 to 2007, Project Manager at Actiontec Electronics in 2004-2005, Director of CPE Products at ARESCOM from 2000 to 2004, and Principal Technical Research Staff at AT&T Labs in 1999-2000. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Automation and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
