Matt Kitchens has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the sales and marketing field. Matt started their career at Black & Decker in 1998, initially working as a Field Marketing Rep before progressing to roles such as Home Depot Territory Manager, Home Depot Manager, and Field Marketing Manager. In 2002, they briefly served as a Territory Manager before transitioning to the role of Training Manager for the West Coast. From 2005 to 2010, Kitchens worked at Black and Decker as an Area Manager IPG and later as a Training Manager for the West U.S. and Canada. Matt then joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2010 as a Regional Sales Manager. Currently, Kitchens serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at California Service Tool, an ALCAL Industries Inc. Company.
