Amber Phelen

Amber Phelen has been working as an Executive Assistant at California Special Districts Association since December 2018. Prior to that, Amber held the position of Director of Client Relations at Fountainhead Wealth from May 2012 to December 2018. Amber obtained an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Heald College in 2013. Amber is dedicated to helping clients discover and achieve their values and goals.
