Fred Plane

Fred Plane is the Vice President at California State University, Bakersfield. Fred was previously the Board Treasurer at Pathway Family Services from October 2009 to July 2019. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Kern Medical Center from July 2007 to April 2011. Fred has also worked at Desert Willow Apartments and Community Action Partnership of Kern.

Fred Plane completed a Master of Public Administration at CSU Bakersfield and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General at Pacific Union College.
