Alana Olschwang

Alana Olschwang, PhD, serves as the Associate Vice President for University Effectiveness, Planning, and Analytics at California State University-Dominguez Hills since June 2018. Previously, Olschwang held various roles at Claremont Graduate University, including Associate Provost for Planning and Institutional Effectiveness and Director of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, focusing on academic planning, program review, and accreditation. Prior to that, Olschwang was an Assessment Manager and Organizational Effectiveness and Training Specialist at Western University of Health Sciences, where significant grant funding was secured. Additionally, Olschwang contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at Argosy University. Olschwang earned a PhD in Education from Claremont Graduate University, along with degrees in Organizational Behavior and Psychology from the same institution and UC San Diego, respectively.
