Marritt Cafarchia

Marritt Cafarchia is a dedicated academic professional with extensive experience in collegiate academic counseling and mentorship. Currently serving as a College Academic Counselor at UCLA College and a Student-Athlete Academic Advising Mentor at UCLA Athletics since 2018, Marritt provides tailored support to student-athletes, enhancing their academic self-sufficiency and metacognition. Other roles include working as an Intervention Specialist at Los Angeles Harbor College, managing over 500 part-time students, and serving as a Student Affairs Assessment Graduate Intern at California State University-Dominguez Hills, where assessment goals and outcomes were developed.
