Miguel A. Terán López

Miguel A. Terán López is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant to the Dean & College Communications Lead at California State University-Dominguez Hills in the College of Education since August 2010. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of the Dean's Office, facilitating communication and branding efforts, and engaging with students and faculty. Miguel also has a background in various administrative roles within the university, such as Administrative Specialist and Program Assistant for the SELECT-LA Grant, which aims to support students earning an Early Childhood Special Education credential. Additionally, Miguel worked briefly as a Statewide Member Organizer for the California State University Employees Union and as a driver for Lyft. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Chicana/o Studies, and currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration.
