Pamela Kreiser

Pamela Kreiser, Ph.D., serves as a Fulltime Faculty member at California State University, Long Beach since January 2011, focusing on mediation, conflict resolution, and communication theories. Kreiser is the Director of the CSULB Mediation Certificate Program and has led multiple Faculty Led Study Abroad programs to various international destinations. Additionally, Kreiser holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at California State University-Dominguez Hills and works as a Lead Mediator for the Superior Court of California, recognized for contributions and achievements in mediation. Kreiser's prior experience includes faculty roles at several educational institutions, where communication skills and performance assessments were emphasized. Kreiser earned a Ph.D. in Speech Communication from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field from San José State University and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, respectively.
