Anthony Tchen

Anthony Tchen currently serves as the Associate Director of Student Success Analytics at California State University, Long Beach since May 2021, following a tenure as a Senior Data Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. Prior experience includes roles in data analytics leadership at GUESS?, Inc., where Tchen was the Manager of Customer Data Analytics and Solutions, and Senior CEM Data Analyst, as well as the position of Senior Data Intelligence Analyst at Warner Bros. Entertainment. Tchen began a data analyst career at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools from February 2014 to January 2017. Academically, Tchen holds a Master of Arts in International Public Policy & Management from the University of Southern California and a degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
