Cheryl Ward

Cheryl Ward, CFRE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development for the College of Engineering at California State University, Long Beach, beginning in March 2022. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Director of Development at Santa Monica College Foundation from February 2018 to March 2022 and also served as Director of Development at Pediatric Therapy Network from July 2016 to February 2018. Cheryl's extensive experience includes serving as Development Director at Peninsula Education Foundation from October 2007 to July 2016 and at Pacifica Community Charter School from 2004 to 2007. Earlier in the career, Cheryl worked as Corporate Communications Director for Alterna Haircare and California Sun Care between October 1993 and February 1998, and as Publicist and Account Executive at Kip Morrison & Associates from 1990 to 1993. Cheryl holds a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA, obtained in 1990.
