Eduardo Perez is a seasoned professional in architecture and design with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Program Coordinator for the BFA in Interior Architecture at California State University Long Beach and as Principal at LAVA Design Studio, Eduardo has held several prominent roles, including President of the Long Beach Community Design Center and Adjunct Faculty at East Los Angeles College. Notable accomplishments include being awarded the 2005 Los Angeles American Institute of Architects Educator of the Year. Prior to these roles, Eduardo accumulated experience as a Senior Project Designer at various firms, including Rothenberg Sawasy Architects and Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates.
