Erin Booth-Caro

Erin Booth-Caro is an accomplished professional in career development, currently serving as the Director of the Career Development Center at California State University, Long Beach since August 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing a comprehensive center that encompasses a Passport Application Office and the Workability IV Program, along with budget management and policy development to support student workforce readiness. Previous roles at CSULB include Interim Director, adjunct professor, Associate Director, and Lead Career Counselor, where initiatives focused on career advising and internship programs were implemented. Erin's earlier experience includes positions as an Academic Advisor and administrative roles, complemented by a Master's degree in Counseling, Student Development in Higher Education from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
