Nupur Shah

Nupur Shah serves as a Strategic Advisor at Private Cap Holdings since November 2024, focusing on behavioral economics, adaptive systems, and capital allocation for high-net-worth individuals. With a long tenure at California State University, Long Beach, Nupur has held roles including Head of IT for the College of Business, Interim Head of IT, and Senior Web Architect. Nupur also founded Blackbird Media, providing consulting services on strategy and business development to small and medium-sized enterprises and non-profits. Previous experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager for the Student Managed Investment Fund and as a Senior Student Support Representative at California State University, Long Beach.
