Cristina Salajan

Cristina Salajan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project and engineering management. Currently serving as a Graduate Assistant in the Marketing Department at California State University, Northridge since November 2021, Cristina previously held key roles at Medtronic as an Engineering Manager in Systems Engineering and as a Software Project Manager from September 2019 to July 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager for Age of Learning, Inc. / ABCmouse.com and Farmers Insurance, where project planning and logistics were key contributions. Cristina began a career in business technology consulting at Arxis Technology, executing successful ERP implementations for over 100 clients. Cristina holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
