Jim Luce is a distinguished academic and philanthropic leader with extensive experience in higher education and global humanitarian efforts. Currently serving as a Volunteer Lecturer in Management at California State University, Northridge, and a Senior Adjunct Professor at Jagarnath Mahto Inter College in India, Luce is dedicated to fostering leadership through the establishment of the Luce Leadership Centre. As the CEO of LUCE global enterprise and Founder & CEO of Orphans International Worldwide and The James Jay Dudley Luce Foundation, Luce has dedicated over two decades to supporting young global leaders and developing orphanage networks across four continents. In addition to this, Luce holds the position of Minister & Vice President at The Luce Family Church. Luce's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from The College of Wooster, along with honorary Doctor of Divinity degrees in Theology.
