Erika Cameron

Erika Cameron currently serves as the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at California State University-Sacramento, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Erika was the Provost and Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at Palo Alto University from July 2021 to March 2025. Erika's academic career includes significant tenure at the University of San Diego, where roles included Department Chair and Assistant Professor from August 2009 to June 2021, as well as Associate Professor within the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences from June 2017 to June 2021. Erika holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis (2009), a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (2003), and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Bradley University (1999).
