Lillian Hernandez

Lillian Hernandez is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee benefits management and human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Benefits at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), Lillian previously held the position of Human Resources Director at ManorCare Nursing Center from 1993 to 1999. Earlier in their career, Lillian was an Employment Coordinator at Partners National Health Plan from 1989 to 1993. Lillian earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach, College of Business.
